In the Spotlight

Yishai (Jesse) Hughes (YHOL,'97-'99) is in his third year of the four year Rabbinical school at Yeshiva University in New York City. He has been working for The Hampton Synagogue since June of 2002. In September 2002, he was named Rabbinic Intern. In October 2003, as the synagogue opened a branch in Manhattan's Upper East Side, called The New York Synagogue, he was promoted to the position of Rabbinic Assistant, and moved into the city. He looks forward to "a successful career in the rabbinate, and/or making millions in real estate, and/or owning a makolet somewhere in Israel. One can always dream, right?"
