This shiur presents a new experience in learning Chumash and Rashi and presents you, the student ,with various options for learning the parasha with Rashi. If you have not yet done so yet, please read the letter of introduction by Rabbi Chaim Brovender. 1. Get out your Chumash and read over the first Aliyah with Rabbi Brovender's notes as a guide to help you notice particular words and phrases of interest. There are text boxes provided for you to add your own comments or questions as you read through the verses. You can go through all the verses or choose only the ones that interest you. 2. When you have finished this, take out your Rashi and go through the verses again, with the aid of Rabbi Brovender's comments on Rashi. Once again, text boxes are provided for you to make notes or ask questions. As above, you can learn all the verses or choose only the ones that interest you. 3. At the end of your learning session you can click on the submit button and any questions and comments that you had typed in the text boxes will be submitted to Rabbi Brovender. Rabbi Brovender will try to answer all questions. In addition, some will be selected to be posted on the Yeshivat Hamivtar-Orot Lev website. Enjoy this new interactive learning experience.
